By joining the Sphere waitlist, you acknowledge that:
- Registration does not guarantee access to the Sphere platform
- We may contact you via email or phone regarding your waitlist status
- You have provided accurate and complete information
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Your waitlist position may change based on various factors
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not share your account access with others

4. Phone Verification
We use phone verification (via SMS OTP) to validate waitlist registrations. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive verification codes via SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by not completing the verification process.

All content, features, and functionality of Sphere, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Sphere and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Service Modifications
Sphere reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
